I know two former Jims franchisees that have branched out om their own...one is my son's father in law, the other used to mow my mothers lawn wgen she was alive and does garden maintenace at my ip. Ive not asked either why they left Jims, but both are run off their feet so I cant help but wonder what value Jims provides for the franchise fees.

Don't do it!! You pay $1000 a month in fees and 6 months out of the year you barely make that a fortnight..save your family the heartache my family did .

The brand does nothing for you but take fees from your account every month ..

My wife will mainly deal with Jim's. Because she feel a larger company is accountable.
I also use Jim's for IPs.

I know a heap of commercial investors same.
They call Jim's get a call back from Frenchise job done. Guys that manage and turn over investments want like me to know I get an invoice I know they are insured.

Where ever IP is same number.

Try on your own. You may kick goals.

Let me tell you most (yes most) are not suited to running their own business. For throes the framework that come from a Frenchise is worth its weight. If you are a true Entrepreneur and a go getter you don't need a Frenchise . 90% fail by year 5 because they have no idea how to run a business.
