    I thought this listing would have gained a bit more attention than it has but I must say it's one of the best for sale set of pics I've seen. Effective or not it's something different.

    Don't know Jean, or want to buy the house but what a champion she is ;)

    Love the pic of the light switch!

    For land value of $610,000 :rolleyes:
    I guess the agent didn't want to upset her by writing "development site" :oops:
