I think there's already been coverage of this elsewhere, but not specifically under the name of Jamie McIntyre

ASIC looks to put Jamie McIntyre out of property game

"The corporate watchdog is looking to put property spruiker Jamie McIntyre out of the property and finance business with major legal action launched this week.

Mr McIntyre and his brother Dennis McIntyre have both been ordered to hand over their passports to the Federal Court on Monday following a request by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.

ASIC's crackdown on Jamie McIntyre, who runs 21st Century Group, follows an investigation by Fairfax Media that revealed the McIntyre brothers and the sister of notorious property spruiker Henry Kaye were behind a land banking scheme in Bendigo that went bust last month.

    Court halts $100m Pilbara scheme

A $100 million property development in the Pilbara has been caught up in the corporate watchdog’s crackdown on investment schemes marketed by property spruiker Jamie McIntyre.

The Australian Securities and Investments Commission launched a push against Mr McIntyre’s companies earlier this year, targeting a series of land-bank schemes on the east coast into which investors have reportedly tipped more than $100 million.

The Federal Court last week granted a temporary injunction preventing WA realtor Macro Realty Developments, with companies associated with Mr McIntyre’s 21st Century Property group, from marketing proposals to attract investors into the $100 million Newman Estate, billed as the Pilbara’s largest property development.

    Update:
    Main points:
ASIC has obtained an urgent injunction in the Federal Court of Australia against Jamie McIntyre.

ASIC also alleges that the investment documents in relation to the proposed Pilbara property investment are misleading and deceptive, and that the investment proposal is a financial product.

The matter is set down for final hearing on 26 October 2015.
