    Hi everyone, what do u guys think of this suburb? I know it is close to broadmedows full of milddle eastern settlement. do u think it is alright for investment? 500 k u can get good block on this suburb still.

    It's been good to me
    I paid 390k last year for a 600m block with house. Tenants are wonderful, seriously couldn't ask for better tenants, they are immigrants who recently migrated here.
    I think even at 500 you will see good growth due to the ripple effect from Glenroy. I'd only be interested in a flat block though not the ones that are sloping

    sorry to resurrect a very old thread. @Otie how is the suburb now? I am looking at close to broadmeadow station in the jacana side (<1 km to station)

    Anything I should look for in particular?

    More than the knife and hammer. I had a very bitter experience with a REA.

    To the degree I wont go near this agency. I dont want to generalise at this stage but could be the general nature of dealing in this particular suburb.

    Anyway lessons learnt
