Will post when I have it under contract....you guys in Adelaide are a bit slow with contracts. I don't know if it is an agent stalling tactic.

One in the Inner Southeast suburbs...and other Innerish North.

You are correct the Western suburbs are quite hot at the moment....avoiding repeating my mistakes with the outer North.

Thought Parafield Gardens and Paralowie are going from strength to strength....

Seconded. I, too, know someone in Melbourne (last year) who listed before Christmas, passed in and sold in the next year...

Still sorting things out... because they want an unconditional offer so we've had to do Pest and building and basically sort out financing first. I've also enquired about insurance costs... it is taking longer than usual... its a special property....

Seems like it is just not limited to property! some good deals/bargains on toys too.. time to splurge some wealth made in property markets....

On side note: saw a house sold prior to auction, 1100 sq meter land, decent hose, for $770K.. where COMO, nsw... that is definitely a bargain of the year!!!!!! Buyers are over the moon...

The area was good, pubs & restaurants were packed on the main road.
Happening place at night on the bay side and a bit away from city.

@sash this thread is a bit old but did you have any luck buying in those two areas of Adelaide you mentioned? (Outer north, and inner south east)
