    Hi
we gave an offer on a company name and the offer is accepted . After accepted we registered our company which is two days later. Our settlement agent says this is a big issue as on that date the company is not present . The real estate agent says it can be a variation to the contract offer but my settlement agent says it will be an issue in settlement and asking to contact any legal team. The settlement agent says we cannot tear the old contract and write a new contract as its sent to third parties and says its a variation
I know we did mistake but can anyone let us know alternatives

if WA this would be treated as a subsale from you to the company.

You should never use a settlement agent, but use a solicitor from the beginning.
