    No idea. I assume there is the cost of the venue to be covered and other expenses. I wouldn't assume the gentleman makes a heap of money, if any, out of doing it.

    I remember Thornhill saying the only reason he owns his home is there are no long-term residential leases in Australia. He doesn't even own his cars.

    When I attended a couple of years ago the organizer told us Peter was speaking for free.

    The cost to attend i’m guessing was to pay for the hotel room hire, the great buffet lunch and morning and afternoon tea they provide.

    I subdivided my PPOR twice which left me with a fully paid off PPOR and a fully paid off investment property in under 10 years.

    Try doing that as a tenant.
