Is this quote reasonable? Residential boundary trap, junction to Sydney sewer mains, road opening.

Does a sum of $32K seem reasonable for the below? Note Job 3 excavation is by hand. Job 2 is a combination of hand and excavator. Job 1 is excavator only. Council permits and reinstatement of road is approx $8000.

Job 1.
Road Opening
- Gain all permits excavate from Sydney sewer in road to front boundary.
- Excavate 2.5 meters down to expose pipe work
- Organize Sydney water to cut into sewer line for new junction.
- Install new pipe, from this new junction to inside boundary.
- Test pipe work and back fill.
- Re asphalt road/ foot path and clean area
Job 2
REPLACE BOUNDARY TRAP AT DEPTH OF 1.3 meters approx.
Procedure
- Excavate area for boundary trap.
- Clean area for new boundary trap
- Build new PVC boundary trap
- Install on new concrete base for support
- Fill trench with blue metal or soft dirt
- Supply and fit new micra flap for ventilation
- Install two new inspection lids for future access
- Clean and dispose of rubbish.
Job 3
Dig from boundary trap to gully (17m)
- Concrete saw and excavate, concrete on side of house, with use of jack hammer and concrete wet saw. (17m)
- Dispose all concrete in bin.
- Excavate all dirt to expose trench. (400mm deep, 17m)
- Lay blue metal stones down for pipe support.
- Install new gully outside bathroom and inspection openings.
- Install new inspection openings.
- Extend laundry pipe and kitchen pipe, along wall to new gully. (10m)
-Lay PVC sewer pipe (17m)
-Replace ceramic with PVC Stormwater pipes and connect to existing stormwater system (7m)
- Once all above is done fully test all pipe work for leaks.
- Back fill area,
- Does not include concreting
