As to value I am not sure, but it is certainly not unique and I would imagine a couple of times a day a nightmare to get a car in or out of.

Those valuation sites can be way off.

''Vendor Must sell " someone dumping a bad investment?

True its in front of the school though on the other side chances of getting on rent would be easier?

I'd guess the vendor doesn't like gardening.

Maybe. I have no idea on the area. I guess living out that far people will need a car for everyday life so is a small drive to school that bad?

Don't think so! But it depends on your definition of "bargain".

Weird build. Relatively small house (all rooms 3x3 and those living rooms are pretty small) on a decent sized block. Landscaped (sort of) out front but moonscaped in the back. They run out of money?

I think the stuff in front is all in pots. The trees certainly are!
