    Campbelltown is one few places which did not boom yet, some people expect to boom soon

    Bought one there in 2013 that has grown 50%. I'd call that a boom! I wouldn't be looking here, or probably anywhere in Sydney.

    Really??? It has doubled in price in the last 7 years. Median was $310K in 2010 and now in 2017 is $620K. Other areas have done better, but Campbelltown has been a steady long term performer.

    If some part of Sydney has not boomed in the last 4 years then it must have some other serious issues.:eek:

    Ctown did boom, but as a long time investor in the are i still see a few good opportunities.

    Me ole mate Propertunity is correct, but only as a distant observer can be.
    Because I'm close enough to have seen the ones that tripled.
    The best thing, in hindsight is that it has always been ignored.

    There's also much happening in the Liverpool area.
    Edmonson Pk land vendors have also been rather happy lately.
