NSW Is this a good property for yield or investment in Regents park

    I don't know the area too well, but you would have to be looking at a long term hold given the market is not going up, and its not too far from areas where there has been an over supply of new apartments.

    Putting on my property manager hat, I'd say rent would be around $350-370 which is a decent comparable yield to other parts of Sydney, when looking at yield alone. The fake furniture, fresh paint, polished floors (looks like they took up the carpet) and new kitchen makes it present well, but the ground floor could be a security concern and that driveway does not look fun to drive down.
