Is there an equivalent to OpenRent.co.uk in Australia?

I've used OpenRent.co.uk in the UK and found it to be good.
So I'm just wondering if there is an equivalent to OpenRent.co.uk in Australia?

In the UK OpenRent helps you:

1. list your property on major letting sites
2. prepare AST contracts
3. complete reference checks

I think it might even do more now.

There's online companies that will help you list on major listing websites.

Not sure what the other two things involve - do you need assistance with those as a self manager?

Assistance with the contract is useful in that DocuSign is pretty important.
Reference checks are pretty easy so long as the tenants supply the requested information.

 

Try search terms like "for sale for lease", "for sale by owner”

They will generally provide access to the main sales or leasing portals but it's up to you for the reference checks and lease preparation.

Fair Trading has downloadable copies of the required lease documents and guidance notes for self management.

 

I use PropertyNow. You can do some bad tenant database checks through them also.

Submitted a pretty looking write up with pictures and the ad was up on major realestate sites within minutes. Impressive turn out at opens which I conducted myself. Was able to speak to prospective tenants at inspections. Used their website to run a background check on preferred applicant. Contract I think was just a template downloaded off via the consumer affairs site. Bond lodged with RTBA online. This was in 2015, tenants stayed 4 years.
