Is the foreign income tax offset usable for a temporary resident?

    I am a temporary resident for Australian tax purpose.
    I received annual tax statement from the managed funds I invested.
    There are some amounts of foreign income tax offset on the statement.

    As described in Foreign income exemption for temporary residents - introduction, foreign incomes are exempted for temporary residents.
    Can I still use the foreign income tax offset to reduce my tax payable?
