    Totally agreed. GFC and negative mainstream news = buying opportunity. Cutting $10/week rent isnt ideal but I can cut back on 2.5 coffees a week and itll be sweet as

    The market is extreme but not irrational, its following a pattern

    Though most individual players are frothing at the mouth nutters!! :D

    Nope.. often can go hand in hand until things balance out in 1-2 years time. Happened during the gfc in areas. My guess is that people go into precautionary mode when things change. May move into parents place, etc or stay in current place to save money, on expectations of prices falling further. Few buy, fewer move around to push up rent. Many move to QLD.

    Business as usual. Cycles, some small corrections, some larger corrections for higher risk stock/markets. Supply and demand as usual.

    All I can focus on atm are the opportunities. Very excited my friends and I are on the East side.
