    I kinda feel sorry for the small law firms that got bought out bySlater & Gordon. The partners must have thought they'd hit the jackpot being bought out in shares issued at a high multiple, only to lose it all when the whole firm goes under.

    One I know of got $5m, $4m in shares when price was at $8 plus.

    Not if they used the one-mill to use a strategy of selling options instead of buying them then get paid to play the game instead of paying to be part of the game.

    Don't feel too bad for the partners. Their biggest asset is themselves and their client base so they didn't really lose anything. It's the investors buying in who lost their dough that I feel for here.

    They got it wrong by getting rid of the Trilby Misso brand in QLD.

    But any who, Logan Law have set up shop at the old Trilby's HQ.
