Looking at putting in a offer pre auction on a property. I’ve been utilising Realas as a test lately to gauge its accuracy.

Have found some to be not too far off. Wondering what others think of this tool or is there better ones out there?

Never heard of it. Is it just a qld thing?

I believe you can see the statement of information which gives you a guide of what there after.
I know in vic most people atm are offering on the lower side of budget.

Best gauge for price and value is looking at comparable stock that sold. No better way imo. Keep in mind if you're going to attend an auction you need an action plan . Could save you 10s of thousands or making a big boo boo. Most ppl don't realize that there are certain things they can do at an auction to perhaps get an edge .

    • Rocking up in the most ostentatious car
    • Sticking out from the crowd
    • Look like you have no limit
    • Query the auctioneer on points of fact
    • Rattle the opposition

First thing I’ll be doing is finding out what an ostentatious car is.
