    and all of them have stupid expensive reason to own cars.

    london have congestion charges.
    all 5 have stupid price tags on parking spots and charges

    all 5 have road tax penalty for owning cars

    hong kong and singapore have stupid tax on cars.

    tokyo you need to prove you have parking spots before you can buy car.

    singapore you need to own a permit before you can buy cars.


    you can see why their train make money.. peasants have no other choice. and there is allot of people in these cities.
