    Hi,

    I just bought my 3rd investment and have been in touch with an agent who got a 800M² with a run down property located in sunshine. Just wondering with good minds here if it's good to invest close to a Million in the area. My plan is to buy it now and later on Subdivide it to make Units or townhouses.
