    Either way, there needs to be a photo showing the carpark space in relation to the front door.

    Its usually a combination of rent, property presentation or the property manager that is the problem. Before we expanded into Ipswich we had a few issues with some of the property management companies there and their performance.

    Try ringing the number on the rental ad and see how they handle the enquiry, that could you give you an insight to whether its the property manager that is the problem.
