NSW Is it termite damage or something else?

    Hello Folks,
    At one of the property we inspected has following things (as seen in picture) under the ensuite vanity and to skirting boards to bedroom between bathrooms.
    - wondering what are these?
    - does these point termite damage or any other?

    Termites need moisture and humidity for their nest. It would indicate leaks nearby as well as termites.
