Just wondering if it's still possible to buy PPR with 5% down H&L package in Sydney area? The reason I aim for H&L package is because of the first home owner grant and cheaper stamp duty. Can anyone advise which builder that will be OK with this criteria? I understand that it probably not wise to buy in sydney in the current market, but it's PPR so emotional decision does come into play instead of logic.
@bonanzawealth do you also consider to pay LMI or prefer not to ? It depends on how much are you willing to pay for the quality. For the builder I normally contact: Eden Brae, Rawson home and McDonald Jones since their display home and build quality has been tested in some of my friends house in The Ponds & Edmondson Park.
