Is there any way we can get directly in contact with investors/owners of land in newly established suburbs? We’re wanting to pay above market value as we don’t want to go through agents/ auctions as it has been a terrible experience with them thus far.
I’m sure investors would appreciate it also, given the benefits, but how can I reach out to them?

Do a title search and find the names then try to locate them - which might be hard if they are not living there.

    What sort of terrible experiences?
To buy from someone who isnt looking to sell youd probably have to pay above market. For land in new areas, that doesnt seem smart.

Yes, I don’t mind overpaying because we intend on staying long term and it may convince vendors to sell. Terrible experiences as in agents saying it must go to auction and then accepting an offer 2 days in without letting anyone else have a chance.

Should add that it costs ~~$30, so don't waste time looking for a free version. If its a company you will need to spend another $30 on a company search.
