    It will be a good time to hold if it is about to go up further.
    And a good time to sell if it is about to crash.
    Simple enough. Now you just have to predict the future.

    Depends on what your goals are from here. Tassie has been growing since 2017. If you habe gained enough and have better areas and opportunities to pursue, best to sell.

    But if you take money our and still clueless what to do with it, best wait.
