    Thanks, I'll have a read.

    In short, we gave up on this property. It is going to auction tomorrow morning and that's why we did B&P today. We were really keen to buy it however the report didn't turn out very well. It showed quite a bit of termite infestation. That's 600$ down the drain:(.
