IP v PPOR for 1st property by sole trader

    Hi real estate gurus,

    I'm in tending to buy my 1st property. I'm still in two minds whether I should buy it as investment or PPOR. I have a sole trader business and renting at the moment.

    Can you pls help enlighten me on ads and disads between Investment property and PPOR, esp. in terms of tax?

    You have not provided enough information.
    Are you planning to live there? Run a business from there? Will it be neg geared if an investment?
    etc
