My +1 are for Kippa-Ring (proximity to the hospital/shopping centre) and Petrie (proposed University campus). Kallangur is next. Highly recommend doing a trip to do some on-the-ground research of suburbs.
There must be about a zillion posts on here about all or most of those areas. Make yourself comfortable maybe and do a search.
Each of those mentioned by op look good and have positives with infrastructure/train/uni. I haven't studied the mbrc area in great detail to be able to say which ones exactly are close to the new uni etc. There are other threads on that. If OP has a bigger budget i would recommend Strathpine or even closer in on the line. Chermside and surrounds is strong for houses with new mall and northern "satellite cbd" amenity
