    Both the areas have plenty of stock in the market unsold for months and months. Do you think you'll get any CG in these areas as now price is at its highest in these areas?? Maybe places near Cudgegong station will get less penalized if a correction occurs

    I think proximity to Cudgegong Road, Schofields or Riverstone Stations will trump the other areas for capital growth if within 10 minutes walk of the stations. A new town/village centre is planned near Cudgegong Road.

    If Rouse Hill Hospital does get located somewhere along Schofields Road then they may put in another train station to service it.

    Also be aware of m9 outer orbital which will be convenient but not necessarily drive capital growth here.
