Hi All, Have been watching the forum for a while now. A newbie here, thinking of buying my 1st IP. Max 450-550k, with decent land area . Shortlisted a few area- Geelong , Werribee etc., Geelong has peaked and don't think I can afford a decent IP in Geelong or Melbourne. What is everyone's thoughts on Ballarat or any other place which could get me a decent rental yield and positive cash flow.
Hi WellKnow, There is no particular reason that I chose Vic ( I am from Wodonga) , open to suggestions of other suburbs and states ( not WA and QLD, bit far )which could give me a decent rental yield, doesn't put me in a negative cash flow and will also have a decent growth over 7-8 years (unlike Wodonga)
