IP equity to buy PPOR?

    Hi All,

    I know its not the best way to go but has anyone done this? Using equity from IP as a deposit to buy PPOR?

    Planning to do this for short term and then sell one of the IPs once market is better to pay off the loan against IP and separate the loans.
