    With a 500 - 550k budget where would be the best areas in qld to invest for captial growth? And cash flow neutral with 20% down ?

    500K will buy you a low maintenance house close to the ocean in Hervey Bay.

    So Hervey Bay offers much more bang for your buck than either the Sunshine Coast or Gold Coast.
