    Hi everyone

    I only signed up on Somersoft a few days and today discovered this is the new place to check out. I am more of a lurker on forums,I dont tend to get very involved in much except reading what everyone else has to say. I look forward to learning learning learning, and at almost 50 years old I hope I havent left my run to late....

    I would like to get to a point of having an income I can live on, I dont need huge money.

    I was actually going to start a post in the General Property Chat section to ask a few questions and seek some advice on what I have already done......I have an open mind, I dont really know what types of property to invest in or where to invest. Thats why I am trying to do as much reading and learn as much as I can.
