    We have noticed a slower last two months with investor enquiry for Brisbane. Some component of Melbourne and Sydney slowing as well as credit, as long as the trend is nothing dramatic I much prefer such environments where sales agents are likely to call you back and houses aren't selling in a frenzy.

    There is truth to the rich getting richer while the poor (or not so rich) maintain the status quo, err get poorer.
