    Much of this is not news per se.

    Will be interesting to see what happens to rentals?

    One would think we would move from 70/30 to 90/10 over 2o to 30 years as a logical outcome , but that isnt going to happen is it ?

    I expect it will trend the other way and be more like Most Eurozone countries
