    HI, Ill try to keep this post simple...i was looking for a software program to input facts and figures that allow all expenses to be input to find out the ROI. So i find a property, look at it, do the sums etc and it spits it out...a good one....looked at a few and they give good and bad. I tried to find it, I remember one on somerset i think, but cant recall it or find it....

    ...just wanted to know a good software some may use and find it easy to use....is that possible ?. thanks

    Yardi, Cougar or Dyna are all excellent.

    (I'd never buy software which self-proclaimed acronym is PIA).
