    Hi all

    This may have been mentioned on the old sommesoft forums but i was just wondering if anyone can share the sites they use for researching their next area to invest. Having read Margaret Lomas etc I think I am still stuck, mainly from reading where to buy posts, as this just makes me second guess.

    I was thinking along Peter Spanns 10yr historical capital growth by suburb

    any help is much appreciated

    No need to apologise - as you'll see in my various posts, I only buy in areas I know (as in visit, spend some time in etc) :) - I don't even look at the western side of Melbourne!
