We are planning to buy our first investment property in upcoming release land in Tarneit. The price for House and Land Package (Plot Size: 350 square meter and House Size : 19 Squares (3 Bedroom + Study + 2 Bathroom + Garage (2 car)) is around 620k.

The question Is 350 square meter consider to be a small or medium size and What are the chance it go to rental as there will be competition among other investors in this newly build houses.

350m2 is considered small in inner city and suburban areas. Tarneit is a outer area and such a size may be exceptionally small and the typical land size in the region should always be considered for the property type. Given there is likely a abundant scope for new land to be continually released there may be no growth potential due to supply saturation as further development occurs.

Then it will be the same as other blocks in the estate.
