    Hi all,

One of our properties suffered severe damage due to the cyclone. Thankfully, we're fully insured with Terri Scheer for building and contents.

Question: does anyone know whether Terri Scheer covers paying the rental manager to manage the claim? Our rental manager has said some insurers do, but I can't find where on the policy this would be mentioned.

Can anyone shed any light? Thanks for your help.

Wouldn't managing insurance claims be part of your property management agreement?
