Dunno, but it has to be bigger than the last, which was about 3 mil land and build costs.
We cash funded the build, so if borrowing funds can go a fair bit bigger now.
Whatever the next play is, I'm all in, the only way to go.

I like your style @Ace in the Hole . Next year were looking at starting a project land and build around 4-5mil mark. We have the funds for it so it's only a matter of finding a site that will stack up.

    Update.
Not really burnt out, but not motivated either.
    Just floating around lately.

Sounds like you need a good project.

    That's the problem.
It's not really a "need" at this point in time.
Don't know if or when the drive will come back, in this department.

Just another bump in the road,or you have found the middle ground where you are no longer a boss or a worker well done if you have..

Not "need" as in you need the money, "need" as in the engagement, interest, something to focus on to achieve an objective.

I relate to your post from my own experience when I was younger.

In the ' middle stages ' I allocated significant funds to investment and was patient in my approach but spent too much time reading up on investments, reading and posting on a share chat site and, overall, just focused too much on money for my liking.

These days I am a little bit leaning towards the 'Rip Van Winkle ' approach, I have sound investments and, like you, allocate a regular proportion of my income to investments / reducing debt. This is the only chat site that I invest my time on these days.

Money / investing is a much more balanced part of my life now.

    Very good post Hodor.

    best to all
