I've always known about DHA and the basics they have with leasing contracts, but recently I've been wondering if they're good to contract with?

Are there any special rules with leasing to them? For those of you who do lease with them, would you recommend it?

I am thinking the same thing, not buying from them but leasing to them for 12 years. The high management fees are a bit of a negative though but I suppose the no vacancy makes up for it.

The problem i have been having though is I can't even get them to call me back from my inquiry .

+1 here. I looked at their website and tried to contact them before. I was thinking of building a duplex and rent to them as that area has some DHA housing already but gave up when I realise we can't build a duplex in that particular estate.. otherwise it would have been good cash-flow :(
