We've bought for many clients in both these suburbs over the last 13 years- like all suburbs there's preferable and not so preferable streets in both. Pretty family-oriented and mainly owner-occupied: always a good thing as home owners tend to spend more beautifying thus leading to higher values generally.

Just picked up a great older 4 bedder brick house in KP sub $750K for a client which was great value buying and in a quiet and nice street too. Lots of value to be had if you're after established house and land and a starter home. Northside residential with south of Maccas industrial which keeps it to a smaller suburb size compared to nearby KL, Marayong and Acacia Gardens/Glenwood etc.

Quakers Hill has an old and a "new" side (though Barnier Dr is getting on a bit now LOL :D) with the bigger prices being paid on the Barnier Dr side. Still good buying if you're active in the market, know your stuff and can negotiate well.

Kings Langley public school is also a good local school and sought after- also nice and handy to the nearby shops. Good luck with your buying :)

Interesting I didn't know that. I think KL was one of the first suburbs to have underground power.
