WA Investing in Kwinana and Greenbushes

    I would love to get everyone’s opinion on the southern suburbs or Kwinana and greater southern Greenbushes near Bridgetown for investing.

    Kwinana because I’m thinking about the Outer Harbour and it’s possible need for rentals.

    Greenbushes for its ongoing lithium mine project.

    What are everyone’s thoughts on this??

    Nah. Why would they live there? Just because it’s the closest to work?

    I’d imagine people working and making a good wage would rather live in other better-regarded areas (possibly nearby though).
