    Interested to investing in Cameron Park South. any idea about potential rental and capital growth on that areas ? What are this area like since live in VIC.

    I'm looking to purchase a house and land package around Cameron park south across woolworths.
    Price around 850k ( 4 bedroom 2 bath & 2 garage). Land size around 450m2

    Cameron Park seems a nice area, I don’t know it well, plenty of new housing, with the new small shopping centre. Good access to the M1.

    But I imagine it would be no different to any new suburbs in Victoria, closer to where you live.
