    Do you have any equity in your PPOR or investment property? I've got a St George Portfolio loan for this purpose on our PPOR (1.8m market val) and the bank couldn't care less what I use the equity for.... I use this for unlisted and listed investments.

    Only a small amount as I just bought an IP. Not great timing but hoping I can scrape together some funds from an LOC and maybe a loan of some kind
