Hi D.T.... I chanced upon this forum on my mission to educate myself in all things related to property investing, before I expand my asset base.

    Hi Shayne
If you could ask one specific question what would that be?

Hi Xenia, my question: Are there respectable Property investment Semminars or Training courses available in NSW, SA or QLD that are not designed to hard sell their own products. Educational & informative content that can be trusted, for Investers that want to learn as much as possible?

There are, but many are about selling you more seminars or books and mentoring and then referring you to off the plan spruikers. Ie its about making themselves money not you.

A good start is to go to a local meetup and talk to people face to face, and get their story where theres no spruiking. From there you can formulate a plan

I think all investment seminars come with their own agenda. It is sorting out the facts from the fiction that counts. A good question to ask yourself is how independent is this information? Generally if you go to a few freebies enough common sense information will filter through.

    Thanks Xenia,
I will take a look tonight, I'm very interested in having some of my JV family attend and share with me what they learn. Unfortunately, these such courses are rarely held in the bush where we currently reside. (Central West NSW near Dubbo :( )
I hope to find some in Brisbane in Feb if possible too.
    Cheers Shayne P :)
