    Hi again all

I'm interested in finding a good broker (I'm in Vic) to talk through my next move - sell PPOR in Melb east, cash out, relocate to QLD, Reno and flip there.

    Any suggestions?

    Cheers

    Lady S

There's heaps on the forum - if you want face to face Peter Tersteeg is in Melb, but otherwise most of us work long distance also.

Have a read of the forums and see who you like the sound of.

Not many brokers (or lenders) will be interested in working on flips unless there is a fee for service or clawback repayment agreement in place.

    What Jess said.

You're in the right place to find investment-savvy brokers so suss some out. Some great ones in Melb but you need not be constrained by geography. Most of us work with people all over the country (if not, planet).

Plenty on the forums - see if any particular brokers personality type suits you.

Pretty much. In case the OP isn't aware - brokers are paid a commission by whichever lender is used. If that loan is paid out <18-24 months the broker will be charged a 'clawback' - which depending on the time frame will be up to 100% of the commission earned. So generally for these types of deals brokers will want to see an upfront fee paid to make up for this.

Don't have to look too far to find decent brokers on this forum.

Might be worthwhile speaking direct so you don't pay an extra fee, just make sure you find one that know what they're doing.
