    Is it really a bad idea to buy a 2 bedroom apartment in st Kilda Vic?

    Welcome. Depends what you’d like to achieve and what is your budget & whether or not you can achieve any growth that is higher than the type of property you can buy in St Kilda for that price vs somewhere else.

    That's a bit of a loaded question. Depends on what you are after. How much you can borrow, if it's an IP or a PPOR.
