    Hi PC Community,

    I am Kevin, born and raised in South Western Sydney, currently a Penultimate student at UNSW studying Civil Engineering. I am undergoing my industrial training at CPB Contractors with the aim of becoming a Graduate/Site Engineer when I finish. I am very passionate about property investment with a strong focus to manufacture passive income and achieve financial freedom. I have very limited knowledge thus far, most of my knowledge stems from familial investing experiences and predominantly podcasts from Smart Property Investment where Jack Chen referred me to PC. I am looking forward to learning with everyone and the current ups/downs of this market!

    Only a few kilos experience ;)
    I did a bit on the m4 at homebush but as a subby. I couldn't work for a tier 1 again! But you can learn lots there with the right people around you

    I haven't been to any sydney meetups. Maybe in 15 years when the kids grow up:eek:
