Hi All, having viewed many posts and learned a lot of information from others, considered it was time to start putting something back based on my property investing experiences. I have been a dabbler in property investment for quite awhile with a mix of outcomes and hence thought it was time to contribute where some value or insight can be added. I chose my user-name from a character in the legendary British sci-fi TV show - Blake's 7. In reality quite the opposite to the character but it was my favourite at the time along with Avon of course. Most property investment experience is in Brisbane and western Sydney, and hence have quite good knowledge of those areas. My background is in engineering. So look forward to being a positive contributor. Note that any recommendations provided are from direct personal experiences.
