    Hi guys,

    Necessity of information regularly drives me to google, and that is how I found this forum today. Good start!

    I am a young finance exec (mergers and acquisitions) and am currently completing a small development in Melbourne. I am having some challenges with my builder which I will establish a topic in the legal part of the forum.

    My long term plans are to continue to build income and wealth outside my job (stressful!) and look to pursue other ventures.
