    New to the world of property and have been going through a lot of content (books, podcasts, PC posts) and hope to purchase my first property sometime soon.

    I'll be posting my situation and rough plans soon in the 'Investment Strategy' section :)

    Thanks to everyone for the contributions, I've learned so much from this forum already and it's only been a couple weeks of browsing!
